This project involved a complete renovation of a semi-detached home in Roncesvalles. We worked with the client through the design of the entire project, assisting with all material selections, millwork design, and just about everything else! We took care of permit submissions and hired/managed all other consultants such as structural and mechanical engineers. During construction we reviewed the work for the client and helped out if/when problems happened during construction. We did not select furniture for this client but were responsible for other interior design elements such as kitchen/bathroom design and selection of all finishing materials.
