For this project we worked with the clients to make comprehensive updates to their forever home. As a part of this project, we did a complete renovation on the main floor including demolishing structural walls to create an open floor plan, a kitchen overhaul, and a new powder room among other updates to the rear of the home. On the second floor the focus was to update the bathroom and office, as well as to provide new flooring in all rooms/spaces.

We worked with the client through the design of the entire project, assisting with all material selections including millwork design. We took care of permit submissions and hired/managed all other consultants such as structural and mechanical engineers. During construction we reviewed the work for the client and helped out if/when problems occurred.
